Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and verify ingredient accuracy, maintaining accurate records.Lead and train new team members on processing operations.Step into various roles across the department as needed to support breaks or full shifts.Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth production and resolve issues.Monitor and correct first-out stock rotation.Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).Work Experience
