Summary Job title: Warehouse Supervisor Job ID: 202455550014 Department: Springville - CED Location: UT-Springville Description Summary: We are looking for an effective Warehouse Supervisor to direct receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations. You will oversee the receipt, storage, packaging, and dispatch of wholesale electrical supply products. This role is in our Springville, UT location and works from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Monday through Friday. Some overtime will occur and may be required. You will ensure the warehouse runs smoothly, material ships accurately, and service levels demonstrate continued improvement with an emphasis towards growth. This role is essential to the successful fulfilment of our sales efforts to the customers we serve in the greater Wasatch Front market place each day. This job is mentally challenging and has moderate physical demand of typical warehouse activities. Reports to: Operations Manager Minimum Qualifications: + High School Diploma or equivalent + Valid Driver's License with acceptable record + Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and associated functions + Proven work experience as a Warehouse Supervisor + Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives + Leadership skills and ability to delegate and manage staff + Strong decision making and problem-solving skills + Excellent communication and organization skills Preferred Qualifications: + Two or more years’ experience leading a team + Electrical distribution or similar wholesale distribution experience Working Conditions: This job operates in a professional environment primarily in a warehouse, with frequent outside yard activities, and occasional off-site travel in company vehicles.
