The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations within the warehouse, ensuring efficient and safe handling of goods. This role is crucial in maintaining inventory accuracy and optimizing workflow and material flow to support the company's supply chain objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise warehouse staff and daily activities.Manage, evaluate, and report on warehouse productivity.Track and coordinate the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods.Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.Conduct regular audits of inventory levels to ensure accuracy.Implement operational policies and procedures for efficiency improvements.Team development.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, YOU SHOULD HAVE:

Strong leadership skills with experience in team management.Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.Knowledge of ERP systems is an advantage (SAP, MES, WMS).Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.English at a communicative level.Knowledge of current trends with a focus on future developments.Awareness of continuous improvement and lean.
