WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

Job Summary: 

Overall  leader for the warehouse (line supply, receiving, shipping, and palletizing).  Responsible for safety and quality procedures, assisting in finding materials, resolving operational concerns within all areas, and overall personnel management.Lead monthly stock count and weekly cycle countsEnd to end warehouse management , which includes of loading and off-loading trucks in warehouse, while maintaining food safety and quality.Utilize the SAP System to execute production orders, monitors production supply area (PSA), and reconcile production orders.  Points of audit are; storage locations, storage unit numbers (SU), item number, and quantity.Operate equipment to include forklifts, scissors lifts, and battery changers (stationary and mobile).Utilize SAP and DLxP warehouse management system to reconcile production orders and correcting all errors associated with finished goods materials.Conduct daily physical inventory ensuring PSA is audited on a weekly basis. Investigate any errors of inventory to include complete audit of material item with in the warehouse inventory.Analyze reports from Best Practice group to determine variance causes, reconcile variances between SAP and DLxP systems.Work with site management on production schedules concerning all material issues for production runs and changes in the production schedules. Effectively communicate all information to necessary teammates.Create, maintain, and present documents in Excel, and PowerPoint to be distributed to management for review. These documents will contain statistical data (as prescribed by management) to be analyzed resulting in an improved inventory accuracy. Communicate inventory errors to warehouse employees along with recommendations of how to avoid replication of errors.Attend daily production meetings, host end of shift briefs, attend twice daily attainment calls, and generate shift change report.

  Experiences & Qualifications

University Degree or diplomaMatric "Math's and Science - Mandatory".Working Knowledge of production and engineering processes, supply chain, and planning.Minimum 3 years experience in a production working environment.Working Knowledge of PC Skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.).Ownership.
