Job Description
Manage activities related to the receiving, put away, storing, and shipping of raw materials and finished goods; ensure materials are received from proper vendors, that they are delivered to inventory, and that finished goods are packaged according to specification and shipped promptly. Ensure the security and accountability of materials and goods with inventory control. Ensure materials are available to meet production schedules through Material Kitting, Kanban and PFEP strategies. Establish and modify operational methods and procedures. Select, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.This position reports to Warehouse manager.
Your Responsibilities:Ensure EHS, Quality and Inventory Management policies are met.Plan and implement material flow improvement projects.Improve warehouse operations Indicators using lean practices and ROX Operating System.Organize and Lead Annual Physical Inventory.Maintain complete and accurate data in the ERP system using Inventory Cycle Counts policies.Participate in regular inventory control processes and reviews.Work with direct people on career paths and certifications.The Essentials - You Will Have:Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related.+5 years of experience in Supply Chain, working with Warehouse activities.Demonstrated experience working on a production line. (Management experience is needed.)SAP ERP knowledge (Warehouse and Inventory Modules).English skills.And deployment of activities.Benefits:
