Our client in the Davie, Florida area is looking to hire a Warehouse Supervisor for their location. The ideal candidate will need to have a minimum of 2-3 years prior warehouse or production experience. Responsibilities for this position include ensuring accuracy and timeliness of product handling, order processing, and associated paperwork.

The Day-to-Day:

Ensure the warehouse maintains organized and safe working conditions.Manage and supervise a team of employees.Oversee and coordinate the receiving, picking, packing, and shipping of inventory.Maintain the integrity of the inventory system to ensure accuracy.Optimize warehouse space utilization for efficiency.Ensure the warehouse remains clean and well-organized at all times.

Qualifications:

Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.A high school diploma is required.Previous experience supervising employees is necessary.Must be able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in a non-air-conditioned environment.Strong time management skills with the ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision.Must be capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously while effectively delegating and following up on assignments.
