Salary Range: $70000 - $75000
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead and Inspire: Supervise, train, and provide performance feedback to your team, ensuring efficiency and high productivity. Assign duties that bring out the best in your team.
- Manage Operations: Oversee incoming and outgoing shipments, organize merchandise, and maintain accurate warehouse inventory.
- Plan and Execute: Create production schedules, allocate resources, and maintain detailed records of time and production.
- Monitor Performance: Track and send reports to plant personnel, ensuring seamless communication.
- Ensure Availability: Keep a close eye on warehouse activities, including sales, record control, and purchasing to guarantee product availability.
Additional Duties and Responsibilities:
- Operate machinery and material handling equipment efficiently.
- Resolve employee concerns and maintain open, transparent communication.
- Take ownership of assigned projects and deliver them with excellence.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: At least 2 years in warehouse or logistics leadership.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Leadership: Strong conflict management skills to navigate challenges with confidence.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to work in temperatures ranging from -20°F (-25°C) in cold storage to 100°F (37°C) in dry storage while wearing company-provided protective gear.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work varying schedules, including weekends as needed.
- Strength: Ability to lift at least 40 lbs., with accommodations based on facility requirements.
- Resilience: Comfort with varying noise levels, as some areas can be loud.
