THE ROLE   

The Warehouse Supervisor oversees Warehouse Leads and Warehouse Porters in the receiving, storing, and delivering of product to various locations and areas within the stadium. The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for delegating work tasks and direction to the Warehouse Porter team.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Assist in running an efficient warehouse operation which is able to fulfill operational demand and meet set targets. Ensure that all tasks are completed as per Manager’s direction in a safe and timely manner. Ensure that Porters are storing and rotating all incoming supplies in accordance to Legends Hospitality’s standards. Operate a variety of warehouse equipment. Ensure that warehouse is meeting Legends Hospitality’s cleanliness standards. Communicate product discrepancies with Managers. Train employees in all duties and procedures of the warehouse function. Accurately count inventory bi-weekly, monthly and as required as per the direction of the Manager. Where possible resolve any issues which occur in the warehouse and where appropriate bring issue to Manager. Ensure staff comply with health and safety regulations. Correct unsafe conditions and behaviours immediately where possible and report hazards to Manager. Other duties as assigned by management.

QUALIFICATIONS

To perform this job successfully, the candidate must be able to perform each essential duty above at the highest levels. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

2-3 years of experience in a large warehouse setting Valid forklift license Prior supervisory experience would be beneficial Knowledge of health and safety regulations Knowledge in food safety regulations Good communication and interpersonal skills Excellent attention to detail skills Ability to lead, motivate, and develop others Ability to work days, evenings, weekends, holidays WORKING CONDITIONS

Location: On Site
