How you will make contributions that matter...

Responsible for site specific SAP data maintenance in both EWM and TM. Weekly review of PACI, warehouse locations and configuration, pick faces and pick path, and inventory rotation reporting. Evaluate inventory movement frequency, volume and projections to make changes/recommendations for slotting and layout.Identify opportunities and implement strategies and plans for improving distribution.Create site specific warehouse KPI tracking and reporting tools, including productivity, exception codes, STO/SO backlog, B6 Hold, and warehouse capacity/utilization.Develop workable solutions and identify key issues.Support the DC Manager in development of warehouse/supply chain KPI’s and regular reporting of results.Establish site specific criteria for reporting on equipment utilization derived from site’s telemetry system and compared to staffing and productivity metrics.Deliver warehouse and company-wide objectives.Analyze KPIs and report insights and evaluations pertaining to warehousing, including cost and performance.Identify opportunities and implement strategies and plans for improving distribution.Systematically gather data, identify key issues and develop workable solutions.Make changes/recommendations for slotting and layout.Collaborate with supply chain functions (Demand Planning, Product Supply, Transportation, Customer Logistics, Internal and External Warehouse, Operations) to deliver warehouse and company-wide objectives.Maintain a high degree of knowledge/understanding of warehouse management systems, business processes, and BI, including other relevant reporting tools.Lead and manage special projects, as assigned by the DC Manager.

Salary $68,00 to $75,000
