**Job Description**
Reporting Location: Miramar, FL
Compensation: $22/hour + 6%-8% of base hourly rate shift differential paid for applicable hours worked
Schedule: Monday-Friday, flexible with schedule as needed
Start Time: 5 PM

**Skills Required:**
• This position is accountable for ensuring efficient operations of warehouse and loader activities.
• Point of contact to support the efficient operation of all loading phases.
• Operate forklift to load/unload route trucks and inter-branch trailers.
• Ensure high quality standards with regards to loading trucks, protecting company assets, warehouse/yard maintenance, and driving inventory accuracy results.
• Work closely with Route Operations to ensure all product and equipment needs are met on time.
• Verify load sheets and ensure trucks receive correct equipment and product loads.
• Assist in making sure warehouse key performance indicators (KPIs) are met or exceeded
• Reviewing daily achievement of targets and reporting variances during on-the-floor and in debrief meetings.
• Facilitate seamless handoffs and communicate key information to peers, team members and management.
• Supporting contingency plans for time sensitive operation changes (vacation coverage/unscheduled absentees, equipment issues, system or process malfunctions, inventory exceptions).
• Ensuring complete compliance to prescribed GMP's and internal Primo Brand standards.
• Maintain clean, orderly warehouse and loading areas.
• Inventory management, QA, shipping/receiving, equipment services.
• Act as a lead loader and positively influence other loader associates.
• Train associates to operate and maintain all equipment ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Complete daily/period end cycle counts and maintain an accurate inventory (as needed).
• Other duties as assigned.
**Qualifications**
**Requirements/Qualifications:**
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Two or more years prior experience within a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Forklift experience required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid Driver’s License with an acceptable driving record (no major offenses in the last three years).
• Ability to repeatedly lift up to 60 pounds throughout the work shift.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including extended shifts and weekends, as needed.
