Job Description:

Location: Dayton, New Jersey

Our client has a Warehouse Team Lead position available in their busy growing distribution center in Dayton, NJ.

Responsibilities:

– Oversee operational processes to ensure correct inventory levels are maintained and orders are completed accurately and on time
– Review workload and assign tasks to employees
– Properly train and coach the warehouse team and provide positive developmental opportunities; recommend performance improvement actions as needed
– Correctly utilize warehouse management system and maintain appropriate work documents
– Correctly interpret and enforce company policies and safety procedures to ensure compliance
– Safely operate various equipment and tools
– Provide support and backup to warehouse management
– Track orders and investigate problems

Desired Background/Skills:

– At least 2 years of warehouse experience
– At least 1 year of SAP experience
– Knowledge and experience with WMS and handheld scanners
– Previous supervisor or lead experience
– Skills with inventory control
– Ability to lift 50lbs
– Experience with Reach truck and cherry picker

Other Information:

Shift Details:
– 1st shift: 7:00am – 3:30pm
– Monday – Friday
