Job Description/Responsibilities

The Warehouse Team Lead is responsible for tracking and building KPI trackers for network warehousing operations.   Responsible for ensuring systems are accurate and data is being pulled into the reporting correctly.  Metrics range from labor efficiency, inventory controls, shipping discrepancies, accessorial charges, etc.  This role will work closely with the Regional Distribution Manager to identify productivity projects within the network and will look to drive 3% improvements year over year.

Qualifications/Requirements MUSTBachelor's DegreeAbility to communicate with all levels of an organizationStrong planning, analytical, and organizational skillsStrong knowledge of MS Office Products (Word, Excel and Outlook)2 Years experience with PowerBI/Tableau/AS400/WMS toolsExperience in process design, implementation, and improvement of systems and processesPREFERREDExperience with System 21 ERP softwareParticipation in CSCMP and/or ISMExperience in Alcohol Beverage Industry or CPG overallExperience with three tier distribution system3 Years supply chain experience
