The RMS Operations Team Lead (Outbound and Inbound) is responsible for coordinating transportation to ensure prompt and proper movement of shipments. Facilitates communication between the customer service and warehouse to processes orders and oversees cycle of order fulfilment.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities
General Tasks
• Perform daily route planning and staff scheduling for pick-up and deliveries based on workorders.
• Arrange transportation, monitor pick-up and deliveries to meet customer demand in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with the concerned parties in terms of urgent request, preparation of workorders and warehouse capacity level.
• Keep the track record of the vehicle records (e.g. renewal of sticker registration, etc.).
• Maintain the database of vehicle and driver information.
• Assist in coordinating the vehicle service maintenance and repairs.
• Collects, reviews, and maintains information such as monthly vehicle usage reports, quarterly mileage reports, etc.
• Assist with process improvement.
• Conducts physical checking of vehicle and inventory of vehicle accessories.
• Disseminates vehicle and safety information to drivers.
• Monitoring the personnel assigned in offsite job.
• Other tasks that may assign by Supervisor when needs arises.
Customer Service
• Immediately escalate any issue to the Supervisor which cannot be resolved to ensure customer complaints and concerns are quickly addressed.
Corporate Social Responsibility
• Support the company CSR commitment and goals.
• Utilizing and encouraging environmentally sustainable practices, including: - Recycling boxes and packaging materials wherever possible
- Reducing natural resource (water, energy, fuel, paper) whenever practical
Other
• Complete other duties as directed by the Operations / Warehouse Manager.

• Positive work history and ability to maintain solid attendance.
