Responsibilities\nTo ensure delivery of key SLA’s with customers in a fast growing sector, including managing/implementing operations for existing and new customers in accordance with the DSC demands\nReviews monthly operational performance with customers and provide solutions to drive operational excellence\nBuild a strong win-win relationship with customers, so as to ensure customer retention and development of solutions to grow existing businesses\nFrequently review, align and keep immediate Superior updated with information on operational issues and performance indices, such as customer profile, Space Management, Resources management, Operating procedures, and P&L status\nManage the planning process to ensure all daily operation activities are executed and met according to the customer’s SLA\nContinually review and improve business processes, to improve productivity and add value to DHL services\nManage the effective implementation and use of the appropriate technology in all sections of the service chain, to enhance service and improve productivity\nDevelop a high performance service culture within the functional team. Plan, organize, and direct in an efficient and effective manner\nTo supervise the running of a safe and efficient operation, working within clear guidelines to help achieve picking, replenishment and dispatch standards and defined outcomes for its responsibility area/shift.\nTo ensure outbound / Inbound operations are running smoothly by performing the Monitor task releasing of shipments, Monitor case and pallet picking, Loading and dispatch of shipments, \nTakeover the role of the Supervisor whenever the Supervisor is not around. \nRequirements\nDegree in Logistics / Supply Chain Management or any related courses\nMin 3 years of experience in overseeing an operational functional team\nExperience in reading and managing Profit & Loss statement would be advantageous\nProficient in MS Office applications\nMust be highly motivated and able to supervise headcount of more than 100, and manage relationships with all levels of staff and customer\nHave excellent verbal, written and presentation skills\n
