Warehouse Team Member Description: Do it Best is ready to help you build your full-time, long-term career in our Lexington, SC distribution center. You’ll have the opportunity to develop and grow your skill sets in a variety of logistics and product fulfillment roles. We provide training and certification to safely operate powered equipment such as forklifts, tuggers, and powered pallet jacks. As a Do it Best team member you can also expect: + Earn up to $24.09/hr + Wage dependent on experience, starting from $17.00 - $22.15 per hour with regular increases every 180 days + Eligible team members have the opportunity to earn an additional $0.64 - $1.94 per hour with their quarterly performance bonus + Regular weekday hours + A drug-free work environment that focuses on everyone’s safety + Generous paid time off available at 60 days Qualified candidates must be able to: + Repeatedly lift items ranging from 40-45 lbs + Occasionally lift up to 80-100 lbs + Assist in team lifts + Stand, walk, bend, reach, lift, carry, push, pull, stoop + Perform work at floor level, waist level or above shoulders Preferred: + Forklift or High Reach experience We’re currently adding to our growing team and seeking order fillers, shippers, receivers, forklift operators, and stockers.
