Job Description

We are currently offering an opportunity for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join us as a Warehouse Team Supervisor. This is a permanent full-time opportunity based at our warehouse in Dandenong South and may involve occasional domestic and international travel. The role is an afternoon shift opportunity, 1:00pm-9:00pm

Position responsibilities will include:

Leading, supervising, and training of the designated work teamEnsuring teams’ adherence to HSE procedures and SOPs (Safe Operating Procedures)Coordinating and scheduling of operational activities including daily resource & workflow planningAdherence to operational procedures and the quality of the system dataAchieving relevant KPIs within area of responsibilityActivity participating in 5S and the continuous improvement of HSE and Operational standards  

Qualifications

We are looking for a conscientious professional with the ability to work across multiple business units, manage diverse topics and priorities, establish effective relationships across all levels of the organisation.

To be considered for this position you are required to meet the following criteria:

Experience in supervising and leading an operational teamSound knowledge of HSE practicesGood communication and interpersonal skillsStrong team player across all departmentsAbility to work autonomouslyProficient in MS Office / SAP / Warehouse management systemsCert IV in Warehousing an advantage
