Warehouse Team Supervisor I

As a Warehouse Team Supervisor, you will provide daily work direction to frontline associates, ensuring smooth operations and optimal performance. This position requires someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and skilled in managing corrective actions. Your leadership will be essential to the team's success. Work Schedule: Wednesday: 11 PM - 5 AM Thursday to Saturday: 5 PM - 5 AM Responsibilities This role will serve as a frontline supervisor providing team leadership and functional expertise: Provides daily work direction to frontline associates Uses technical systems for reporting and analytics (ICS, LM) Leads daily performance meetings Conducts performance coaching, provides individual feedback, and issues corrective action Makes daily decisions impacting the business Handles all team performance and personnel issues Manages time and payroll systems (WorkForce Management) Compensation and Benefits The expected compensation range for this position is between $50,600 - $75,950. Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Bonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 5% of annual salary paid out annually. Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.
