**Position Overview** A Mechanic, Tech supports all aspects of building services and facilities maintenance by performing various maintenance tasks. In this role, you will utilize technical knowledge to diagnose and troubleshoot issues, replace faulty parts, and ensure proper functioning of the equipment. **Job Description** **Compensation: $** **32.05 - $37.55/hr** **You will contribute by:** **Responsible for the repair, maintenance, installation and enhancement of machinery and mechanical equipment within the Distribution Center.** **Mechanical responsibilities may apply to equipment, machinery, electrical and-or HVAC. Troubleshoot to diagnose source of failure.** **Perform alignments, adjustments and tests associated with the installation, relocation and- or refurbishment of machinery and equipment.** **Conduct preventive maintenance (PM's) within manufacturer's** **guidelines/specifications** **and established timelines to include oil changes, filter changes, calibration of equipment, belts changes, inspections, adjustments, lubrication, etc.** **Operate power and hand tools as needed.** **Document work performed and adhere to all safety protocols.** **Environment** **Warehouse: Freezer (-20F to 0F)** **Warehouse: Perishable Warehouse (28F to 60F)** **Warehouse: Grocery Warehouse (50F to 90F)** **Skills** **Working knowledge of AC/DC electrical systems as they pertain to the preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of MHE.** **Detailed knowledge of hydraulic** **systems/schematics/components,** **electrical systems/schematics both AC and DC systems, drive motors, power amps, and electrical controls including PLC systems.** **HVAC, Industrial Maintenance, and Building maintenance technicians** **Qualifications** **Shift** 2nd Shift (United States of America) **Company** C&S Wholesale Grocers, LLC **About Our Company** C&S Wholesale Grocers, LLC is an industry leader in supply chain solutions and wholesale grocery supply in the United States.
