Job Summary:

We’re hiring a Trane Warehouse Associate in Grand Junction, CO., to help our Supply & Service Departments operate at their best. Where is the work:

This position has been designated as onsite.

Responsibilities:Be the reliable primary contact for the supply & service warehouses, and for local transportation provider interactions.Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments and freight accurately.Stock and organize product inventory for smooth warehouse operations.Load and unload freight using power industrial vehicles such as a forklift; maintain work equipment.Maintain office and warehouse supplies required for effective operation.*Flexibility to work overtime/weekends and on-call shifts, as required.Key Competencies:Reinforces culture of safety by utilizing all appropriate resources to safely perform all function of the jobExcellent planning and organizational skillsProven ability to follow through on commitments and detailsStrong computer skills (proficient in Microsoft Office Suite)Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skillsStrong customer service skillsProven team playerEducation/Experience:HS Diploma or equivalent requiredPrevious Warehouse and power industrial vehicle experience such as a forklift highly preferred

This role has been designated by the Company as Safety Sensitive.

Compensation:

Base Pay Range:  $20-24

Total compensation for this role will include a commission/incentive plan.
