JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Responsible for the accurate moving, relocating, stacking, storing, repackaging, shipping, and receiving of product to meet company standards of safety, quality and productivity
* Fill customer orders that meet company standards and customer requirements and is responsible for the completeness and correctness of all orders filled.
* Keeps a safety mindset and ensures operations are conducted in a manner that promotes safety throughout the day.
* Maintain good security habits.
* Maintain clean, neat and orderly work areas.
* Ensures inbound and outbound shipments are accurate and free of damage.
* Ensure inventory is labeled and properly stored.
* Report quality variances.
* Ensures the accuracy of all receiving and shipping documents.
* Gathers and maintains all data and records relative to shipping and receiving activities.
* Utilize forklifts throughout work day to maneuver product
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
* 2+ year of relevant experience
* Regulated industry experience
* Picking and packing experience
* Experience with utilizing forklifts
* Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
* Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of organization.
