Warehouse Trainer
Rotating shifts / Monday – Friday / 6am - 2.30pm & 2.30pm - 11pm
Salary: £12.50 per hour

Let’s Talk about the Role
Reporting to the Training Specialist, the Warehouse Trainer will master and share training materials, to deliver standardised operational trainings based on the SOP’s, ensuring that warehouse staff are well-trained in operational procedures, safety protocols, and equipment usage whilst keeping track of their records and ensuring everyone is compliant.
How You Will Make a Difference
Coaching, leading, and motivating trainees through role modelling and engaging training
Creating a safe working environment for all trainees in compliance with Risk Assessments and Safe Working Practices
Escalating any risks or hazards that cannot be resolved
Liaise with main stakeholders on site to book colleagues in for training
Keep up to date: Training Dashboards & Training Records
Actively engaging in organizing and running together functions and yearly festivities
Support operationally in busy and peak periods
Skills for Success
You should be a great communicator who can engage with others, resolving queries, discussing problems and presenting ideas
Possess the ability to connect with a diverse and multi-skilled workforce
Previous exposure to training individuals and groups is highly beneficial
Have an understanding of Health and Safety including Risk Assessments and Manual Handling
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment such as retail, production, or warehousing is essential
Excellent organisation, with attention to details, skills to prioritize and ability to manage own workload is key to this role
Good IT skills and experience in working with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Show ownership and flexibility when required
