Benefits: + Profit Sharing + Store Discount + Insurance – Medical (Full-Time Only) and Dental + 401(k) + Paid Vacation (Full-Time) + Paid Holidays (Full-Time) + +$2/hr for 2nd and 3rd shift + +$3/hr on weekends Now hiring FULL TIME and PART TIME for: + 1st shift (approx. 6-7 am until 2-3 pm) + 2nd shift (approx. 3-4 pm until 11 pm-12 am) + 3rd shift (approx. 10-11 pm until 6-7 am) PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: + Follow Menards safety policies and procedures + Safely operate forklift or other machinery + Work cooperatively and productively with other Team Members under little supervision + Load trucks according to cubic weight, size and characteristics + Provide outstanding service with attention to detail and completing tasks in a timely manner + Maintain condition of work area (i.e., free of trash, product in correct location, etc.) + Perform safety check of powered industrial vehicle prior to operation + Locate product in warehouse using manifest or scanning system + Use hand-held scanning equipment to add or subtract product from inventory + Record quantity of product actually loaded onto manifest system + Ensure accuracy of load by verifying quantity with computer inquiry screens + Transport product from production/receiving areas using powered industrial vehicle + Additional duties assigned by Distribution Center Management Skills/Requirements PHYSICAL DEMANDS: + Requires intermittent periods of continuous physical exertion, such as walking, standing, stooping, bending, climbing, and lifting. + Environment can include temperature fluctuations (hot/cold), noise, dust, and uneven walking surfaces. + Lift up to 50 lbs. frequently; 70 lbs. occasionally.
