The Building People, LLC, has positions open for Work Order Support Technician. The successful candidate will be responsible for answering incoming customer calls, utilizing standard operating procedures (SOPs) for documenting restoration, repair, renovation, re-upholstering and cleaning of office furnishings and equipment.  In addition, the Work Order Support Technicians will be responsible for incoming service calls. Service calls will include ticketing, delivery/repair actions, and warehousing.  The Work Order Support Technician is often the first point of contact for customers’ product and service issues, so we are interested in hiring individuals with a commitment to customer service and satisfaction and an ability to make quick and accurate decisions. Responsibilities include: Load and unload incoming and outgoing materials and products Identify and label materials, and record their locations in the warehouse/on the shelves to maintain inventory Manage help desk requests from beginning through resolution Provide restoration, repair, and cleaning of office equipment when applicable Document call requests and queuing them for resolution Close out completed service tickets Track and providing a weekly report of disposition of all service calls Work with repair staff to ensure client needs are met.
