**Warehouse Worker - Elgin, IL** **Job Description** Candidates will be working in one of the two distribution warehouses, operating a sit-down forklift, reach-truck, cherry picker, or clamp truck - all primarily Crown equipment. Expect to be on the equipment nearly 100 percent of the day. You will have daily and weekly metrics for picking and staging outbound orders or putting away product received. Training will be provided on navigating inventory and using the scanning system. Occasionally, you may be required to help with labeling or other additional duties. **Responsibilities** + Operate sit-down forklift, reach-truck, cherry picker, or clamp truck. + Pick and stage outbound orders. + Put away product received. + Meet daily and weekly metrics for order picking and staging. + Navigate inventory and use scanning systems. + Assist with labeling and other additional duties as required. **Essential Skills** + 1+ years of forklift experience. + Ability to stand on feet all day. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience working in a fast-paced distribution environment. + Experience working off a pick sheet. + Experience working with a pick rate. + Experience with other forklifts (cherry picker, reach truck, clamp, etc.). **Work Environment** Our Client is a recognized leader in the packaging industry, emphasizing corrugated and plastic packaging material.
