Job Title: Warehouse Worker
Job Description

The Warehouse Operator position performs routine, non-routine, and complex assignments and operates highly sophisticated equipment under general supervision. This includes putting away product, pulling orders, re-organizing inventory, cycle counting, general 5S, and housekeeping.

ResponsibilitiesPut away products and pull orders.Re-organize inventory and perform cycle counting.Participate in general 5S and housekeeping tasks.Understand and comply with HSE standards, waste management systems, and road safety requirements.Participate in safety programs and perform daily checklists.Read, understand, and follow pick lists and BOLs.Pull finished goods from storage areas and put away raw materials in storage areas.Safely drive and operate a forklift.Load and unload trucks as needed.Operate pumps for off-loading tankers.Perform set-up and clean-up for tasks.Maintain good housekeeping, consolidation, and organization of the warehouses and outside storage areas.Perform other duties as assigned.Essential SkillsForklift operation experience.Experience with packing and inventory management.Proficiency with RF scanner and SAP ERP systems.Experience with shipping/receiving processes.Inventory tracking software experience.Additional Skills & QualificationsUnderstanding of HSE standards and waste management systems.Knowledge of Product Stewardship procedures and incident reporting.Familiarity with product SDS (MSDS) and proper PPE related HMIS systems.Ability to read and follow pick lists and BOLs.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

The work environment includes operating sophisticated equipment and performing various warehouse tasks. The role involves working with technologies such as RF scanners and SAP ERP systems. Employees are expected to follow safety standards, participate in safety programs, and maintain good housekeeping practices. The dress code includes proper PPE as required by the HMIS system.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Salem, Oregon.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.37 - $20.37/hr.
