Job Description

As a Warehouse Worker, you will split your time equally between general warehouse duties and operating machinery. You will receive on-site training for machine operation.

ResponsibilitiesPerform general warehouse duties including inventory management, material handling, loading, and picking.Operate forklifts and other machinery as needed.Maintain production levels and ensure timely completion of tasks.Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.Essential SkillsExperience in warehouse operations.Forklift operation skills.Basic inventory management skills.Material handling experience.Ability to load and pick orders efficiently.Willingness to learn machine operation through on-site training.Additional Skills & QualificationsPrevious machine operation experience is advantageous.Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.Good communication skills.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

The warehouse operates three shifts: 1st shift from 5:00 am to 1:30 pm, 2nd shift from 1:30 pm to 9:00 pm with a $0.75 shift differential, and 3rd shift from 9:00 pm to 5:30 am with a $1.25 shift differential. The facility is clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable working environment.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wichita, Kansas.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $20.50/hr.
