KEY COMPETENCIES

This individual will be involved in a variety of activities including:

Inbound Process

Manage and interact with the Warehouse Supervisor, Planning & Production team.Execute right inward processes and Staging processes in the warehouse, so that the goods are Safely unloaded, labelled, stacked and issued to production as per Process requirement.

Outward process.

Manage and interact with the Warehouse Supervisor, Planning & customer service team.Execute right Out processes and Staging processes in the warehouse, so that the goods are Safely loaded, labelled, stacked and dispatched as per Process requirement.

Manage the Warehouse Shift Operation - Shirwal Plant:

Maintain high level of Ethical, Safety and Quality standard in warehouseEnsure Personal Safety of yourself and Collogues in warehouse, follow all Safety Procedure, Policy and guidelines of H B Fuller India Adhesives Pvt Ltd.Ensure Personal Protective Equipment (PPE’S) are used during entire shift operation as per defined process  Follow Quality Policy, Quality standard and departmental process strictlyOperate Forklift / reach truck / Articulated Forklift / BOPT in warehouse for material unloading from Vehicles, Stacking in racks and transfer to production.Candidate should have valid Forklift driving licenses issued from Government authoritiesPrepare batches as per Process Orders in staging area and transfer to production as per Production schedule, Batch preparation include handling of 20/25 kg bags, liquid material etc.Person has to pick and place 20 / 25 Kg material bags with his hands or support from colloguesMake system entry of all goods in SAP system, received, and issued to productionPerform Material storage Rack inspection periodically or as per Supervisor InstructionsReport any process deviation, Incident or Safety / Quality related concerns to Supervisor / Manager   Accurate placement of material pallet in storage racks / bins or floorAccurate inventory Management ensuring and maintaining the stock of Raw material / Packing material in the warehouse / plant.Manage the raw material storage according the global policies of HB Fuller in cooperation with the Purchase & Sourcing department.Ensure for storage and disposal of Hazardous and nonhazardous waste and maintain its record.Ensure all GRN for all incoming materials to complete within 24 hours’ time.Maintain stocks accuracy through cycle counts, stock takes as per HBF policyEnsure to maintain high standard of quality at site. Ensure to follow all Quality tools applicable at site.Complete all assigned Ethics Training, Safety (EHS) Training, Quality Training, and departmental related trainingEnsure that 5S and Housekeeping rules and standards are followed. Ensure to maintain 5S standards as applicable at siteCarry out any other duties which requested from the Supervisor, In charge or Warehouse Manager.

Statutory records
 Accurate records as per the requirement and ensuring and maintaining the relevant reports for all warehouses.Audit

Assist Internal / External Statutory Audits in compliance with HBF Legal Norms as well as local statutory codes as applicable
