The role of Warehouse and Yard Associate is to ensure a safe and reliable operational environment. In this role, the Warehouse and Yard Associate will execute standard processes and procedures for warehouse activities.
 

As a Warehouse and Yard Associate , you will be responsible for:

Receiving inbound material from outside suppliers and other Baker Hughes plants and field locations.Stocking received material, as well as completed products and assemblies from in-house production.Picking materials, components and end products and Warehouse & Yard Associate delivers them to Production or shipping.Performing cycle counts.Preparing component kits for production, fills orders and supplier subcontract parts.

To be successful in this role you will:

Have the ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos.Have proven Yard Operator experience in the O&G industryPossess basic written communication skills.Have the ability to apply concepts of basic math with basic PC skills.Be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 20 lbs, frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.Be able to operate a forklift while loading or unloading freight.Hold a full UK driver licence.Have experience in using SAP or similar inventory management system.
