**Job Title: Warehouse Worker** **Job Description** Candidates will be working in the warehouse and slab yard helping to guide large slabs of natural and manufactured stone to the viewing area and the shipping docks. We seek candidates with a good attitude who are willing to learn. This role involves lifting materials up to 75 pounds and training on forklift operation. Part of the warehouse is outside, so candidates must be comfortable working in hot conditions and doing a lot of walking. Basic customer interaction is required. **Responsibilities** + Guide large slabs of stone to viewing areas and shipping docks + Lift materials up to 75 pounds + Operate a forklift (training provided) + Interact with customers, assisting with loading vehicles + Work in both indoor and outdoor environments + Walk approximately 2-5 miles per day **Essential Skills** + Attention to detail + Material handling experience + Ability to lift heavy objects + Forklift operation (LPG) + Basic customer interaction skills **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in warehouse, labor, or construction + Ability to work in adverse weather conditions + Ability to stand and walk all day + Drive and operate LPG forklift **Why Work Here?** This is an opportunity to grow and potentially relocate within the Southwest. Working hours are 7AM - 5PM (Monday to Friday) and some Saturdays from 9AM - 3PM starting in June. The warehouse is closed on Sundays and holidays. Employees are provided with water, ice, Gatorade, and coffee, along with frequent breaks in the summer to stay hydrated. The dress code includes steel-toed shoes, work jeans, and a plain t-shirt. While there is not a lot of heavy lifting, there is a significant amount of walking involved. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Scottsdale, Arizona. off Hayden & Raintree **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
