Job Summary: Accurate picking and packing, stocking shelves and storage bins, regular housecleaning and maintain a clean and safe work environment are all the duties of a warehouseman. Principal Duties and Responsibilities: + Picking and packing of products. + Receive incoming goods (local supply/FCL/LCL). Inspect, verify, count, tally with shipping document before storing at allocated location. + Loading and unloading from truck and container(import/export). + Prepare cargo for export shipment (courier service/FCL/LCL/local warehouse delivery. + Taking weight and dimension of cargo prepared. + Ensure work done is compliance with warehouse Standard operating procedure. + Take part in Biannual cycle count and perform cycle count on random product as needed. + To operate forklift and other warehouse equipment while adhering to all safety protocols and guideline in warehouse and storage area. + To carry out other ad-hoc tasks. + Report any inconsistency found from incoming shipments and no stock item upon picking for order. + Maintain cleanliness of storage area and ensure storage areas are secured. + Perform other related material handling functions. Required / Desired Knowledge, Experiences and Skills: + Forklift license. + Basic computer skills. + Capacity to pick and pack orders and be in good physical shape. + Proficiency in reading and writing English. Education/Certifications: + Secondary education. Physical Working Environment: + The position requires exposure to the elements, need to stand and walk for extended periods of time. + The position requires the ability to manually lift and/or move boxes, jerry cans and drums, & cylinders weighing up to 100lbs. + Required to work over-time / weekend and public holiday.
