As a Warehouser Manufacturing I, you'll support key warehouse operations like receiving, shipping, and waste management. Using RF devices and computer systems, you'll ensure smooth material flow to production lines, making a world-class product start with you. Your commitment to safety and efficiency will contribute to a successful, high-quality operation.
Unloading & Receiving
· Unload incoming freight, verify material quantities, inspect for damage, and label pallets using RF systems.
Material Movement:
· Deliver materials to production lines and prioritize tasks based on customer demand.
Shipping
· Accurately ship finished goods and load pallets following procedures.
Inventory Control
· Perform cycle counts, report discrepancies, and ensure inventory accuracy.
Waste Management
· Support waste collection and disposal processes.
Collaboration
· Work with quality, engineering, and other teams for material requests and sampling.
Flexibility
· Assist in other warehouse areas as needed and ensure smooth operation.
Who We’re Looking For
Experience: 3+ years in a warehouse environment
Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent
Skills & Abilities
Forklift Certification: Must pass and maintain forklift certification
Technical Skills: Basic PC skills, data entry, and RF device usage
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand/walk for long periods
Focus: Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Collaboration: Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
