Key Job Responsibilities:
General:
Administrate human resources assigned to the warehouse. Follow up on their performance and development plans according to the area needs. Supervise warehouse staff and follow up payroll and multiform creation on a weekly basis Ensure every physical movement in the warehouse, has a backup transaction in the system Train new personnel and report any personnel needs in all areas Participate in the planning and logistic for the physical inventories (coordinate meetings as needed, material pre-counts, over time) Ensure material supply to production floor in a timely manner and monitor supply timings. Ensure 5Ss methodology is being followed in all the areas of the warehouse Implement QPSs in all areas of the warehouse and ensure all of them are reviewed / updated on yearly basis - or as needed. Time-out analysis and action plan implementation Coordinate any support needed with the carrier Interview candidates for new warehouse positions, and select the best candidate according to their profile Preparation and documentation for internal / external audits. JCAPS report analysis to reprocess material transfer failures and ensure inventory accuracy Complete assigned LPA audits on a timely manner Detect and analyse discrepancies between WARE and QAD systems JCAPS report analysis to reprocess material transfer failures and ensure inventory accuracy Generation and follow up of ACI requests (as needed) Update area KPIs on a weekly / monthly basis (according to the metric) Participate in the planning and logistic for the physical inventories (coordinate meetings as needed, material precounts, over time) Attending MP&L and other areas meetings Validation and follow up on continue improvements on the area IT tickets generation as needed to solve and escalate issues Document, follow up and implement action plans for shipping complaint reports
