Job Description/Preferred Qualifications

We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Warehousing Suppliers Coordinator to oversee and manage our global network of warehousing suppliers through continuous performance measurement. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient performance level across the globe, focusing on optimizing warehouse processes and introducing best working practices. This position requires strong communication skills, solid understanding of logistics and inventory management, and the ability to work collaboratively in a global organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee performance of warehousing suppliers, including ongoing operational activity, delivery times, and pricing, and space utilization.Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services.Conduct regular business reviews with warehouse suppliers globally.Excellent command of warehouse operational activities encompassing material flow and accuracy controls.Implement and maintain standard processes globally.Collaborate and influence cross-functional teams driving company objectives, business requirements, opportunities, and priorities for execution.Identifying opportunities for process enhancements and monitor implementation of corrective actions.Monitor global warehouse costs and storage space utilization continuously, identifying variances or areas of concern.Analyze trends and data to propose improvements in warehouse operations.Generate and maintain reports on inventory levels, suppliers performance, space usage, spend and other key metrics.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.5 - 8 years experience in warehouse management or supply chain operations.Strong communication skills.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Solid ERP proficiency, SAP an advantageProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
