What You’ll Do as a Warper: Thorough knowledge of warp replacement policies and procedures Perform daily team maintenance (DTM) activities Audit safety items within the department Identify weave defects and carry out basic weaving tasks, such as tying knots and drawing ends Use intermediate computer skills to locate and move batches Lease empty warps, tie-in, and pull over new warps Adhere to all general plant safety rules and absolutes Operate equipment safely and efficiently Achieve production goals established by the department manager Follow all department-specific policies, procedures, and job specifications
