Warranty Admin Clerk/Customer Service Representative

**Description:**
+ Provide customer warranty information
+ Make corrections to product registrations as needed by homeowners, dealers, or distributors
+ Refer customer to correct person/team when not a registration issue
+ Process high volume of cases/claims
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
+ Dependability and a strong work ethic is imperative to this position
+ Ability to navigate several open internet tabs on multiple monitors
+ Computer experience to include simple tasks like copy/paste, find, google search, etc.
+ Data Entry (web-based applications)
+ Attention to Detail (accuracy)
+ Ability to multi-task
+ Ability to interpret and follow standard work instructions and job aids
+ Provide customer warranty information
+ Provide accurate information regarding our products, and company policies.
+ Resolve customer issues effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.
+ Escalate complex issues to senior team members or management when necessary.
+ Meet individual and team performance targets, customer satisfaction, and quality metrics.
+ Participate in training and development sessions to improve knowledge and performance.
+ Collaborate with colleagues and departments to provide solutions to customer problems.
+ Candidates will be required to work on site at our facility with an opportunity for some remote work based on success and experience.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Provide accurate customer warranty information and assist with product registration corrections.
+ Handle a high volume of cases and claims, ensuring customer satisfaction.
+ Refer customers to the appropriate team when necessary.
+ Maintain attention to detail while performing data entry and navigating multiple web tabs.
+ Interpret and follow standard work instructions to resolve issues efficiently.
+ Meet performance targets, including customer satisfaction and quality metrics.
+ Participate in training and collaborate with team members to improve performance.
+ Escalate complex issues to senior staff or management as needed.
+ Provide accurate product and company policy information to customers.
+ Work on-site with potential for remote work based on experience.
**Experience:**
+ Experience in customer service, data entry, and using web-based applications is required. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask are essential.
