Main job responsibilities:

Answer a high volume of inbound calls Facilitate warranty claims by scheduling, evaluating, and ensuring proper resolution to ensure customer satisfaction. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies

Schedule: Monday-Friday 9am-6pm  Some Saturdays required

 

Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00
