Ford Central and Eastern European Sales LLC is looking for a Warranty Coordinator to join our FCSD (Aftersales) team in our Szentendre office.

Reporting to: FCSD Regional Technical Manager
Working with: Customer Relationship Coordinator, FCSD Zone Managers, Hotline Engineer, Warranty Specialist, Technical Trainer

 

         Are we looking for you? Yes, if…

You have university or College Degree, preferably in mechanical engineeringYou have technical knowledge, automotiveYou have at least 2-3 years work experience in technical fieldYou speak fluent  English, other languages are welcomeYou have good communication skills, proactive (!) personality, ability to work individuallyYou have PC skills

         What will you do?

Manage warranty hotline – dealer warranty request handling, supporting claim submission, liaising with the assessors. Handling & managing prior approval request (PAR); in case of escalation, cooperation with Technical Hotline Warranty training preparation and presentation about processing, claim submission, correction and tracking Warranty booklet & Warranty policy procedure update Determine parts impo-cost in EDM; and warranty labor revision cooperation with European Warranty Office (EWO)Cooperation with the Warranty Audit department if neededMonitoring dealer’s warranty performance, claim submission, claim typesReporting e.g. FSA performance, repair type etc.
