_Ford Central and Eastern European Sales LLC is looking for a Warranty Coordinator_ _to join our_ **_FCSD (Aftersales)_** _team in our_ **_Szentendre_** _office._ Reporting to: FCSD Regional Technical Manager Working with: Customer Relationship Coordinator, FCSD Zone Managers, Hotline Engineer, Warranty Specialist, Technical Trainer **_What will you do?_** + _Manage warranty hotline – dealer warranty request handling, supporting claim submission, liaising with the assessors._ + _Handling & managing prior approval request (PAR); in case of escalation, cooperation with Technical Hotline_ + _Warranty training preparation and presentation about processing, claim submission, correction and tracking_ + _Warranty booklet & Warranty policy procedure update_ + _Determine parts impo-cost in EDM; and warranty labor revision cooperation with European Warranty Office (EWO)_ + _Cooperation with the Warranty Audit department if needed_ + _Monitoring dealer’s warranty performance, claim submission, claim types_ + _Reporting e.g. FSA performance, repair type etc._ **_Are we looking for you?
