Your role on our team:

The Warranty Coordinator is responsible for providing customer service to homeowners to process all inquiries related to service, repairs, and outstanding work.

 

In this role, you will:

Check our internal portal daily to identify new items, upcoming service dates and milestones.Review any emergency calls from the previous night or weekend and follow up with the homeowner and/or trades.Coordinates repair appointments for our Warranty Team, Trade Partners and Homeowners, including touchpoint and milestone dates.Responsible for processing all Service Tech paperwork.Confirm our “scheduled today” list daily and contact all trades accordingly.Process invoicingCommunicate our Aging Report with our Trade PartnersRespond to all incoming communications from our Homeowners and trade partners.Order materials as instructed by Managers/Inspectors/TechsOther duties within the scope, spirit and purpose of the job, as requested by management.

 

We would like you to have the following:

High School Diploma is required, or a College Diploma is an asset.Relevant work experience that focuses on the experience of the customerCompetency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), OutlookCommunication skills (listening, verbal and written)Problem SolvingOrganizational skills, attention to detail, with a focus on Customer Experience
