POSITION SUMMARY
Supervises the Warranty Team in the activities related to root/ cause analysis and testing to solve issues focused on parts/ products safety and warranty for the customer.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage the framework for the warranty returns, customer concerns and the company problem solving/ root cause analysis system.Supervises the hands- on inspections and diagnostics of components and review against the specification to understand short falls.Ensure that the analysis data is reported correctly to the management in order to stablish permanent corrective actions to warranty prevention.Leadership of special projects as required.Achieve KPI’s related to Warranty and Quality Area.Ensure adherence to the Quality Management system.
