Your mission, roles and responsibilitiesThe main missions of the role:
Act as main customer contact, responsible for FCE market quality, problem analysis and report making.
You will be responsible to obtain precise information for quality improvement in cooperation with manufacturing processes and align with the R&D team by
● Showing clear awareness of current statuses and demonstrate strong knowledge how to use our products through customer evaluations or/and market information, to sustain and improve customer satisfaction levels.
● Fault analysis of suspected units, utilising FTA and/or other quality tools to define the root cause and implement countermeasures
● Cooperating with R&D and manufacturing departments to conduct analysis and resolve problems quickly
● Analysing Market claims and judging applicability
Global Key Account Center
● Work as a part of global team (predominately China, Thailand), supporting local site interims using analytical skills and strong communication with customers.
● Able to work with cross functional teams (Program Management, R&D, Production planning) to resolve outstanding issues
Reporting to: Customer Experience, Market Quality Manager
● Education Level: Bachelor's degree or above
● English: Business level
● Japanese: Fluent N1)or Native
【Must Have】
● Minimum 2 years working experience in quality in Automotive Tear-1 supplier
● Minimum 3 year working experience as customer interface
● Extensive knowledge with semiconductors / electric components / module components and related technologies, and industry trends
● Self-motivated, responsibility, collaborative, proactive and positive attitude
【Nice to Have】
● Knowledge of ISO, IATF
● Experience with 8D report making
● Experience working within a global matrix organization
