Today, we continue to lead because we have a world-class, diverse workforce that puts the customer at the center of everything we do.  **About the role ** Entry level Warranty Engineer Jr. Influences process and planning decisions with knowledge and explanations of Quality Engineering policies, practices and procedures. **Key responsibilities** + Interaction with internal and external customers to RMA authorization for reject material. + Interaction with multidisciplinary team (Finance, Trade Compliance, Logistics, Digital Technology SAP support) + Administration to receipt and disposal of material for customer returns. + Administration to reports of failure analysis to customer. + Plan and execute projects assigned to keep them as planned. + Keep performance the RMA process on time **Requirements** + Requires theoretical knowledge obtained through a University degree (BA/BS degree in Engineering: Electronic, Mechatronic, Electrical, Industrial Engineer with a relevant internship) + 1 year of prior relevant experience. + Basic - intermediate English + Familiarity with standard office productivity tolls (Microsoft Office, etc.) **It would be nice if you** **have** + Experience performing in touch-up and repair. + Ability to read, understand, and troubleshoot electrical schematics. + Familiarity of Logistics desirable. **Soft skills** + Proactive + Organized + Responsible **Our commitment to you** Our greatest assets are the expertise, creativity and passion of our employees.
