Warranty Operations Manager

The Warranty Operations Manager role is responsible for managing the Logitech warranty operations, partners and DC/distributors, including overseeing inventory levels for warranty and also warranty requirements across various regions. The role requires collaboration across various teams including: Customer Care, Demand Planning, Supply Planning and Inventory Control to ensure maximum supply availability on all products. The role is required to identify and mitigate risks to inventory availability through detailed data analysis and forecasting and to manage any disruption to supply availability, but assist in providing day-to-day operational support in regards to received escalations and investigations. **Your Contribution** Be Yourself. In this role you will: **Role Responsibilities** + Work with internal stakeholders, internal customers, Demand Planners, Customer Supply Chain and Sales & Supply Chain Operations to identify any gaps in forecast and escalate for additional supply where required + Review and report on inventory availability for Warranty demand + Identify risks to inventory availability and take actions to minimize or mitigate impacts + Manage weekly allocation reserves and ensure reserved quantities are maintained and available. + Item out of stock management - manual input/feed correction + Working in cross functional teams to support product availability + Liaise with internal stakeholders to determine any additional supply requirements to meet spikes demand + Review quarterly forecasts to ensure sufficient reserves in place and inventory availability + Develop quarterly capacity forecasts to support DC planning + Implementation of new projects and continuous improvement across the business + Support end to end delivery support for priority customers, as needed + Assist in order status and cancellation inquiries and coordinate with the DCs, as needed. + Other duties as assigned **Key Qualifications** For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team: + Proven track record in driving great collaboration across functions and teams. + Experience in data analysis and forecasting + Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets is essential + Asana experience preferred + Solid analytical and problem-solving skills; + Detail oriented, analytical, inquisitive, with a passion for excellence, critical thinking and continuous improvement. + Well-developed communication skills (verbal and written), with strong interpersonal skills and ability to deal effectively with all levels of employees and management. + Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting. + Ability to interact and establish solid relationships across the organization. + Project Management Experience and the ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment is essential. + Experience in managing teams **Education** • BA/BS + 4 years of experience, masters degree or MBA is a plus Across Logitech we empower collaboration and foster play.
