You will reconcile hand tool warranty returns from our distributor network. This involves identifying tools by item number and matching the items to the packing list created by the distributor. The successful candidate will be able to identify and sort failed tools for common failures for quality purposes. 

\nWHAT YOU WILL DO\n\nOpen parcel packages and transfer items to sorting bins\nIdentify tool by item number from marking on tool or from paper/online catalog\nIssue or deny credit to distributor by appropriately coding warranty claim in computer system\nFor items denied credit, pack and ship item back to distributor\nSort like items for return to supply base \nMove items to quarantine area and help load onto truck for transport to scrap facility\n\n\nHigh school diploma or equivalent required\nBasic computer skills – Windows based operating systems and general typing \nMust be able to lift 50 pounds (with or without reasonable accommodations)\nMust remain flexible regarding shift hours and responsibilities \nAbility to identify trends and patterns in tool failures  \n\n\n
