Job Description

The Warranty Service Ops role is responsible for providing a high quality customer experience to all Western Digital customer. 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Warranty Service Operation
Oversee operations of multiple outsourced Service Operations providers and internal organization.
Resolve daily service operations related issues.
Ensures Logistics capability is in place to fulfill customer requirements in compliance with documented work instructions.
Perform reconciliations, validations and audits of warehouse inventory operations. Work closely with Management to implement corrective actions. 
Manages commitment methodologies and processes across product groups. Generates necessary documentation, including activity/status reports, operation review input, and excess/obsolete analysis.Administers company policies, including yearly performance review, that directly affect subordinate employees.Manage claims for lost or damaged materials and help resolve suppliers parts claim.

Qualifications

3+ year experience in a services operations support role.
Experience with logistics and inventory management, including identifying and implementing best practices.
Experience compiling, coding, categorizing, calculating, tabulating, auditing, or verifying information or data.
Experience developing specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish work.
Experience managing and maintaining positive external business relationships.International shipping experience required.
Excellent communication skills.Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with dynamic priorities and demands.
Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service for both internal and external customers.Highly motivated to meet personal, team, and corporate goals.
Experience with ERP(SAP/Oracle) systems. Understanding of basic budget development and monitoring.Understanding of incoterms, HTS, DG, export/import requirements
