Warranty Services Project Manager

Primary Function: 

Carlisle Construction Materials, a worldwide leading diversified manufacturer of premium building products and related technology has an immediate opening for an Warranty Services Project Manager to join our Warranty Services team in Carlisle, PA location. The Project Manager, Warranty Services will work with customers to resolve and manage complex warranty claims ensuring the Carlisle Experience through premier customer service. Work with owners and applicators to resolve problems, follow up with all field investigations and reports, and develop approval requests as necessary.  Some travel is required, but would be < 10%.  

Duties and Responsibilities: 

Process incoming leak complaints in accordance with established guideline and provide accurate documentation in the Claims system. Determine projects which need to be investigated by a Technical Representative. Review investigative reports and administer follow-up actions, i.e., follow-up letters/emails to participants at the investigation.               Evaluate investigative reports to determine the need for competitive bids. Determine appropriate repair applicators to provide at competitive bids. Evaluate bids and determine the need to re-negotiate selected portions to obtain the best repair cost available. Manage order process for materials required for repairs. Monitor projects to completion which will include reviewing and ensuring accurate invoicing, identifying projects which need spot checks, closing out projects and implement costs controls on warranty expenditures and budget. Set and maintain continuous improvement goals, provide technical assistance to warranty services team and customers, compile monthly reports, update claims system, coordinate activity with field technical staff. Maintain proper interpretation of designs, warranties, and policies and procedures.
