Wash Bay and prep paint DCI products.

Role Responsibilities:

Learn DCI product and parts recognition.Use pressure wash/chemical system to clean surfaces to be painted and properly prepared before painting.Gather parts to group by colors and establish a flow of product through the painting process.Use forklift and equipment to move and rack parts for wash and painting. Be able to move large/awkward items in/out of the department using forklifts and cranes.Complies with all DCI 073 environmental policies and procedures.Uses all designated Personal Protective Equipment as required.Following safety protocols while performing these tasks. This job assignment is intended to lead into a Painters position.

Multitask and have a ‘big picture’ perspective.Pressure WasherForklift/material handling experience a plus.Move objects with heavy equipment (forklifts and cranes).Interact constructively and effectively with other employees.Be quality conscious and pay attention to detail.Make repairs to surfaces for recoating.Perform a variety of tasks within the department at a steady pace.Ability to work in a team environment toward a common goal.Reacts to change productively and to handle other tasks as assigned.Maintains a pattern of regular and predictable attendance.

Salary Range:

$ 16.50 – 22.00
