The Worldwide Aviation Support Services (WASS) program, an AAR business, headquartered in Rockledge, FL, provides global, world-class expeditionary and conventional aviation solutions to the US Department of State Air Wing.
**Role Description:**
Maintains inventory accountability and control of property through the use of the approved automated software program. Maintains the property management system and provides documentation on all items inventoried to ensure that all assets are captured, and accountability is in accordance with the established policies.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Provides guidance concerning property accountability procedures.
+ Advises personnel of their responsibilities in maintaining a property control system.Initiate reports for Lost, Damaged, Destroyed and Theft of government and company owned equipment/material.
+ Applies detailed procedures and metrics on inventory processes.
+ Track and report on the status of disposal of stored equipment and material awaiting disposition.
+ Post transactions to the approved automated software program and supporting transaction files.
+ Perform monthly audits and completes reporting requirements for equipment and material.
+ Request, replenish, and monitor equipment and supplies.
+ Conduct physical inventory, 100 percent cyclic, random and sensitive items.
+ Review work for accuracy and compliance with established procedures.
+ Perform data analysis, risk assessments and resource requirements.
+ Comply with other policies and procedures aligned with the contract.
+ Track records for all equipment transferred into and out of the approved automated software program.
+ Review and process request for TMDE equipment for appropriate approvals.
+ Maintains inventory accountability and control of property through the use of the approved automated software program.
+ Receives, stores, and issues material, equipment, and other items from stockrooms, warehouses and-or storage yards.
+ Adheres to warehouse management processes and procedures including loading, unloading and staging, storage, issue,distribution, packing and crating, cargo clearance, shipping, receiving, stock control, material request processing, and material cataloging.
+ Evaluates Authorized Stockage List.
+ Responsible for tracking the Supply Clerks and subcontractors carrying out Logistics Support Services.
+ Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
**Required**
+ High School diploma or equivalent.
+ Minimum 2 years relevant experience.
+ Ability to speak, read and comprehend Level II English.
+ Spanish Level L2, R2 required in LATAM Programs.
+ Position requires a U.S. Department of State Moderate Risk Public Trust MRPT or Embassy background check.
+ Must be capable of working in austere conditions with temperatures capable of reaching 130 degrees.
**Preferred**
+ Experience in an aviation-aerospace program is desirable.
+ Knowledgeable in AR 710-2, DA PAM 710-2-1.2, AR735-5, FEDLOG, FAR Subpart 45.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Access.
