All to leave your mark for more sustainable growth. **Dare to make an impact?** **What you´ll do** + Sets up or adjusts complex equipment according to manufacturing specifications. + Identifies and implements opportunities of process optimization. + Comply with all Henkel Safety Standards and Safe Work Practices Including PPE, LOTO, and Electrical Safety. + Ensure that the wastewater generated through manufacturing processes is properly treated using the DAF system to produce a clear discharge stream indicating that oil and grease and total suspended solids have been removed and that the chemical oxygen demand, and biological oxygen demand have been reduced. + Ensure that the wastewater sludge is properly dewatered before discharging it to a dedicated roll off. + Responsible for daily operation and observation record keeping. + Effectively complete area PMs through examination of machinery or mechanical equipment and identification of malfunctions. + Through the use of the site CMMS program, clean, lubricate and repair parts and equipment involved with the wastewater system maintenance and monitoring. + Responsible for the area’s cleanliness and safety adherence through practicing 5S principles. + Perform other duties as assigned. + Follow governmental guidelines as required **What makes you a good fit** + High School or GED + Maintenance is a plus + Teamwork + Repairing. + Process optimization. + Manufacturing. + Technical skills / engineering. + Vocational School or Technical Secondary Education a Plus. + 0-3 Years in industrial manufacturing environment preferred. + Must consistently Lift 25lbs, occasionally up to 55 lbs. **Some perks of joining Henkel** + N.A. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range.
