Assess the condition, authenticity, and functionality of timepieces
Diagnose and perform service on timepieces of basic to moderate complexity to restore them to accuracy and functionality
Coordinate communication between all watchmakers, clients, customers and Operations team to receive approval on needed repairs and process accordingly
Provide accurate and expedient simple adjustments and regulations to mechanical movements as well as battery replacement on quartz models and link additions/removal
Partner with Expert Service leaders to assist in any requested educational or training initiatives
Contribute to the Expert Service team’s initiatives to scale and diversify the growth of the company’s watch repair and service initiatives
What You Bring To The RoleMinimum Requirements:
3-5 years of experience repairing timepieces
Degree or certification from relevant watchmaking educational institution
Adept at working with technology solutions to increase productivity and efficiency
Ability to handle multiple complex, time sensitive situations
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A ‘can-do’ attitude with a solutions focused mindset
Self-motivation and a drive to achieve results
Exceptional attention to detail and organization skills
Adaptability and openness to change

The expected salary range for this role is $59,608.80-$85,170.00. To determine starting pay we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity. Additionally, salary is just one component of TRR’s total rewards package.
